ASSUNTO : IMPOSTO SOBRE A RENDA DE PESSOA JURÍDICA - IRPJ

MULTA POR RESCISÃO DE CONTRATO. REPRESENTAÇÃO COMERCIAL. INDENIZAÇÃO. INCIDÊNCIA.

A verba paga por pessoa jurídica a representante comercial autônomo, em virtude de rescisão de contrato de representação, sujeita-se à incidência do imposto de renda e à sua retenção na fonte na forma do art. 70 da Lei nº 9.430, de 1996.
